I purchased a removable logo from DrumART.com approximately 19 months ago, and I was very pleased with the result. It was among the first sites I found when initially seeking a removable logo, and found it to be comprehensive, informative and easy to understand. The information provided gave me confidence in making the purchase and the quality of wo rk - the FAQs and Testimonials were definitely a plus. I emailed some questions to DrumART.com to clarify their requirements before purchase. There was a minor delay in response, however this was for a genuine reason which was explained to me in the response. From that point on, communication was fine and responses were helpful. I found the turnaround time to be accurate to that described on the website - I was impressed with the quick turnaround and the quality of the product when it arrived. The instruction enclosed with the logo were very helpful and the product worked as described on the website. I found the change in sound of my bass drum to be minor, nothing a bit of tuning couldn't fix. I was overall impressed with the way DrumART.com conducts its business, and have since recommended them to a friend, and to a band wanting a logo for their music video (both were impressed with my product). Though I'm not a drummer (the custom drum head was a wedding gift to our drummer), I did a good amount of research on the parts, and DrumART uses quality heads and many customizable parts that can be added for whatever fits the drummer's needs. I ordered my drumhead about 2 years ago It just made my drum set look THAT MUCH MORE sick!! Jim (owner of DrumArt) was very knowledgeable and get back to my inquiries in a timely fashion! He accommodated all my request and kept me in the loop during the process. I was stunned at the quality of the drumhead when I received it!! (The packaging was nice too!)
