The drum head I received is IMMACULATE! Everything about my experience with DrumArt has been nothing short of spectacular. The customer service is fast friendly, helpful courteous and the artwork is dazzling. Every gig I play I receive compliments on the drum head. Quality of drum head was excellent Prompt service. Order arrived by specific date as promised. My experience would have been better if I could have talked to Jim or someone in the art department directly rather then by email. It is difficult to describe design and layout concepts that I wanted by email. Going back and forth by email correcting the proofs was a bit frustrating. The final design turned out ok but one quick phone call would have made all the difference

I have had Drum Art Jim make me several custom bass drum heads over the last couple of years and each time the heads they provided have been top quality with very fast turn around. They are very helpful in the design stage and they go all out to make sure you are happy with the product. I will be back for more custom heads in the future and I will a lways go to Drum Art.

I basically had soup-to-nuts customized design and production services with Jim Feck and DrumArt You could tell right off that Jim genuinely enjoys working with other drummers to help bring ideas to fruition. And the quality of the product is just astounding. I gig a lot... but whatever lab rat science DrumArt employs has rendered the artwork in destructible! I'm told by several touring drummers that the removable ones are just as durable. It's laughable that large shops like Evans and Remo are only just now getting into this market, and with such substandard product. Me, I'm staying with DrumArt!

What can I say? I sent Jim some very sketchy and dubious scanned art (I actually scanned in a T-shirt -- I wasn't in it at the time). What came back was a drum head of surpassing awesomeness and it makes all the music sound better. These guys are Finest Kind.
