I can tell that this product is one of the best you can get on the market! I really think I had alot of luck on that. Excellent service all the way I sent in a design that was fairly dark. After printing my drumhead, they notified me that it came out very dark, so they wanted to know what to do about it. I chose to let them handle it, and they bumped up the contrast (and whatever else they felt necessary to make the design pop out more), and it came out great.
