Fast and done to perfection!

While searching for a place to create my first custom drum head I found DrumArt. Being involved in the printing industry indirectly as a commer cial photographer, I know firsthand how difficult it is to control accurate color. I uploaded my custom design and was truly impressed with the email communications every step of the way to completion. Furthermore, when the head was deliverd (on a Saturday!), I was absolutely amazed by the quality. Color balance and contrast were perfect and it was flawless. A BIG thanks to Jim and his crew for a perfect job....you have me a s a customer for life!

Initial online questions were not answered quickly. When a worker finally responded to me, he was helpful. I am pleased with the final product, but for some reason the initial mailing address almost did not include my apartment number. I typed my address in correctly, it just didn't transfer completely for some reason. Many places that wouldn't matter so much, but that would have been a problem due to my odd neighborhood. When I addressed this with the company, they acted quickly and were able to pull the product before shipping, which I was pleased with, but the error still delayed shipment a little bit. Someone with better tech knowledge wouldn't have had the problems I did, but I do think it's important for the company to address the problems I had.

Great website, great concept. The head came out awesome and was commented on several times at the gig I unvailed it at. Took almost 4 weeks to get here though. Apparently there was a fed ex issue. I would use them again as long as the shipping times improve.
