You guys do great work. I was 100% satisfied with the product as well as how quickly I received it. I think your customer service/responsiveness could be better and is likely costing you some business. It took a while to get email responses and when I called the outgoing message stating it could take over a week to return the call. I know business is doing well and you might be too busy to return calls but you might want to consider hiring someone for that roll. I suspect that could turn some customers away. I had bought a drum head and stickers before so I know the product is top notch but a potential customer might not feel the same.

Absolutely amazing experience. Great company, quality work. The price is a little steep, but it's well worth the money. The product is fantastic and high quality.

I drew up a picture by hand, scanned it into my computer, colored it and sent it off to DrumArt to have them make a drum head out of it. I had a couple concerns with the how I sent in the art work, but after an email with them, I was assured there would be no problems. And they were right! Not only was the art work positioned perfectly, it was expanded to an optimum size with the best sound hole position. This wasn't just by luck, these guys know what they're doing. I ordered my head on a Monday and got it on Thursday!?!? and my order didn't include any extra money for expediting. I highly recommend this company. It will take all the worry and stress out of your order and you'll end up with just what you want for your drum.

We're very happy with product and whole experience. I was surprised that they emailed me to suggest a better look to the design that we customized through their website, instead of just going with what we did. And we did like their suggestion! They always got back to my emails, even when I ask about when they were going to deliver it. I got the item earlier than I expected, and will definitely make it on time for my son's talent show. My only issue was with the time that it took for deliveryto Australia . I believe that this is due to USPS and Aust Post, not drum art. Awesome products!!

DrumArt's is the best! Over the years I've purchased 3 heads from them for pro bands and one school jazz band. On every occasion their work has been impeccable and timely. My only complaint is that I never really received the feedback I requested about whether or not my design idea would work. I was simply told my submitted artwork passed the technical requirements. I was looking for a little more dialog than that. However, the final product turned out VERY cool and I received several compliments the first night I unveiled it. The product arrived the day I needed it, thank goodness. Overall, I am very pleased with the results.

Great customer service experience and high quality project. Only wish they accepted and printed the drum heads at higher resolution. They only accept 100 dpi images, tho 300 dpi is standard for print.
