This is my 4th or 5th head that I've ordered from drum art. The quality, service, and shipping is absolutely top notch. The flexibility of design as well as the infinite image gallery is unmatched in the industry. This particular head was submitted to Drum Art and delivered to my door in 5 business days. ARE YOU KIDDING!!!! Who has this level of customer service?? Drum Art gets better and better every time I order. I will be passing on the new Amp grill options as well. You guys rock. Use me for a reference any time.

I chose to use the drum head editor and loved how easy it was and how many options you could choose from. When I added my logo to the drum head and re-sized it to make it larger, the logo was blurry, but the instructions clarified that it was only to get the placement and the final product would be sharpened and clear. To be honest, I was slightly worried and hoped that when I got my drum head it would look good. Well, when I received it in the mail I was pleasantly surprised. It looked great! Everything was correct and the logo was clear as well. They also have great prices, so now I'm trying to think of some more stuff I can get.

Print job on the head turned out beautifully. DrumArt makes it very easy to to complete the design process. I've received a lot of compliments and it hasn't left the house yet. Shipping was very prompt. Great company to do business with!

I have used other printers in the past to create custom artwork for our band, yet every one had a variety of limitations; from restrictive image resolutions and formats to controls on artwork, text and even colours. DrumART offers such an open format for creation making the options nearly limitless. The Headbuilder tool is as simplistic and intuitive as it should be so that a degree in Graphic Design is not required to end up with a high quality product. There was one tiny glitch in my order as my chosen finish for the drum head didn't register on the online form; however the owner himself contacted me directly to confirm rather than just ignoring the issue and processing the order despite the missing data. Exceptional Customer Service is truly proven when a business goes out of its way to make its customers happy...and that is precisely what I am after just receiving my custom drum head. Shipping was quicker than expected cross-border, and there were absolutely no issues with customs. The product surpasses my expectations. The artwork transferred flawlessly (colours, details, clarity, crop, etc.) from my layout on the Headbuilder tool to the finished product. It was also a very nice touch to throw some swag in the box. I've had tons of glowing comments just from unboxing photos I posted on our instagram/twitter pages and band website, and am looking forward to unleashing my DrumART head at the next stop on our tour! Seeing how the drum head would look before placing my order was great. I was able to place the logo and the sound hole exactly where I wanted. Printing was top quality and I'm psyched to show it off at my next show. They even threw in some stickers with my logo on them which are already on my gear. Definitely recommended!

Creating and editing the custom drum head was simple and easy to use. Every aspect could be changed to whatever you wanted it to be.

User friendly website, easy to upload and decide for the final design. High level work performance, the drumhead looks awesome and it was the centrepiece of the gig. Everybody saw it on stage and commented how great it looks! I highly recommend.

I had previously received a drum head design for my Ludwig set. When i switched to using my Rogers set on stage I contacted them to reprint my previous design with the Rogers logo. No problem, the new head mockup was emailed for my approval, I sent it back and received the new head in less than a week. Looks great just as the first one did.

I wanted to order a drum head for my husband. It was to be a surprise. The website was very user friendly and the assistance I received when I asked some questions was prompt and professional. Everything about this online shopping experience was positive. This is an honest, professional and timely company. You couldn't do better. The product is first rate and the cost was appropriate.

Overall, and extremely nice company. Very genuine and the owner of the company will even E-mail you just to make sure everything is correct in the processes. Not many companies will do that, usually they have peons e-mail the consumers asking if everything was good. No not this company, their CEO will actually message you. which I love that personally. There were some issues that had happened after their vacation, and even though it set them back they still managed to get me my product in a safe and speedy way, even when I told them I understood some personal issues had come up and told them to take their time, they still managed to amaze me with the speediness of Delivery and Production.
