faster then a speeding bullet. and darn good lookin too I just ordered my first ever custom bass drum head for my band. (dr void & the death machines) and I used Drumart.com. What a great experience. The owner Jim had a few emails back and forth with me before the purchase. He answer my questions quickly and professionally. He was friendly and helpful. After finally deciding on a design I used their headbuilder tool online. It was easy as heck. Had pretty much any and every option I could think of. I placed the order online on a Tues and received my finished, custom product on Sat of that same week! The product perfect. Port holes cut just where I wanted them. I can tell they even smoothed out my artwork to make it a little clearer on the finished product. Top notch service and a top notch product. I would use them again for sure!

Adjustment...Needed What a great experiance. I ordered my head at midnight on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Monday the the 4th of July, and my head was shipped on Tuesday! I hate buying things online! For the usual reasons, buying things online usually ends up in disappointment. Sizes are never right, quality is crap, customer service is non-existent, so on and so on. But every once in a while you get delightfully surprised. Purchasing a custom bass drumhead from DrumART.com was one of those occurrences. I knew I had a high quality image and I'm sure it would look great if it were printed properly. The head builder tool made the image look blurry and I was well informed that it wouldn't be that way on the final product, yet I was still skeptical. I wasn't sure what to expect for the amount of time it would take to have the drumhead in-hand either. Again, I expected the worst. So within 6 days of the initial purchase, I received the drumhead that I only wished it to be. The clarity was amazing! I am thrilled by the quality of print. Although I didn't actually need to contact customer service for any reason, I still felt as they were there due to the (not an overwhelming) amount of emails I received confirming the order and shipping information. I also got a few extra goodies from them with my order. This was an all around great customer experience and I will definitely be back in the future and I'm bringing friends. Order with confidence.
