First off let me just say WOW! I ordered my first custom bass head from Drumart.com and I am just blown away. The quality of the design I wanted is flawless and it is just beautiful. I needed the head for a big show I had and the boys at drumart got it to me on the day of which I was very impressed by. They also gave me a couple of matching stickers which I wasn't expecting and just overall made the whole experience so much better. I love my new head and will definitely buy from these guys again.

I placed my order online and they gave no actual turnaround time. I contacted them by email twice (unanswered) then tried calling. Their voice message stated that they were simply too busy to answer the phone due to a vacation they had just taken - better to reach them by email. So I tried again, this time I expressed my dissatisfaction with their unresponsiveness. Well that sparked a very quick reply telling me that since I seemed to require communication and they are too busy to give that to me that they were cancelling my order and refunding my credit card. The worst part is that I had used them a few years back and was satisfied and sent several other customers their way.

Very easy process from inputting design criteria and choosing the drum head to ordering. The drumhead arrived before the ETA date given (a nice surprise!!) I looked online for any business doing this kind of work - this was the only site that looked easy to use and had great reviews.

For my first time dealing with any company, I carefully observe the customer service I receive. First impressions are everything. I had a few "starts and stops" in my ordering that lead to my needing their product in a timely fashion. My emails were answered promptly. I was concerned about delivery in time for my event, even more so after realizing that they were about to go on vacation. I had nothing to worry about! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
