Their online head-builder was very easy to use. Despite the shop staff being on vacation for a week when I ordered, they returned my emails and answered all questions. The turn around time was very fast. The final product came out exactly as designed, packaged well for shipping and looks absolutely stunning. I'll be ordering more from DrumART.

Use these guys! It's that simple. The online head builder tool was easy to use. I uploaded a custom graphic and the finished product looks exactly like the logo. I can't believe it was this easy and inexpensive to get a professional quality custom head. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I am a first-time buyer, but you can be sure I'll be back!! I used DrumArt's headbuilder to create a custom head with art work that I provided, and DrumArt took that and created a work of art! Everyone in the band is really impressed. I simply followed the instructions and suggestions on DrumArt's website.

I ordered my head in the middle of February 2016 while they were on vacation. They had returned from vacation on Feb 28 if I'm not mistaken, and had my head printed and delivered by March 3rd!!! Not only did that surprise me, it was perfectly designed the way I wanted it!! I had ordered a custom head through another company, not going to call them out by name, but they charged my more than double what DrumArt charged me for a lot less detail than my DrumArt head. Plus that head was damaged in the shipping of it, and I had to bend and shape it when I received it. I'm very, very, very satisfied with the service, delivery, and overall experience I've had with DrumArt!! I will be spending more of my money there in the near future that's a promise!!!

EDIT: After leaving this review, I was contacted by "drumart.com" explaining that the emails were never received and that they'd like to help if I sent my order number. However, I was not provided with a method of contact or a name, so my only option was to send an email to the address that never received my emails. I'm currently waiting to hear back. Original review: I ordered a custom drum head using a high res image and it turned out great. However, I ordered the wrong size and have yet hear back from Drumart customer service despite emailing them. Additionally, I sent several emails to adjust some shipping information, none of which were returned. Overall Great Product, but very cold, mechanical interaction with the company, as if no one even reads the emails.

Jim and the crew at DRUMART.COM have never failed me. This was my 3rd purchase from them and I'm always amazed with the quality of the product, the speed with which they produce and ship it and the level of customer service I receive. Especially this time! I made an error attempting to build my head and lost the clip art that I was using. John from IT was all over it trying to assist me in rebuilding the head and finding the clip art (out of tens of thousands of files!) that I couldn't find. If ANY drummer is looking for a custom made bass drum head you would be silly to go anywhere else!! As far as I'm concerned, drumart has the market cornered! Thanks again guys!! You ROCK!!

It's the first time I used Drum Art and I was completely satisfied with the product.their quality and service was second to none and I will be doing all my business with them.

I am extremely satisfied with the product, customer support and service, and the relative ease at uploading my own graphic to the site. I was also impressed with the amount of customization tools on the site itself for designing my heads. The product arrived and was beautifully done, and the free sample stickers were a plus ( I wasn't expecting the stickers to be that nice). Also using Aquarian heads is great for the product durability overall. The only drawback that I found was the charge to remove the drumart.com logo from the head. I feel like nickel and diming customers already paying upwards of $100.00/ea is unnecessary and tacky. It was really the only blemish on an otherwise great experience. Overall extremely satisfied.
