I recently ordered a bass drum head for the band I'm in, and the service I received was absolutely stellar. I needed the head for a Halloween gig, and only had 10 days to submit the design and get it created. I was a bit unsure of the design, so after placing the order I reached out to DrumART. Who answers my e-mail, but non other than the owne r - Jim Feck!! Jim walked me through the process and ensured his company created what I wanted. He checked back with me multiple times until I was completely happy with the finished product. The drum head showed up well before my gig, and it looked perfect! What a great job! Thanks Jim!

Good product! I received it exactly as expected. It arrived in perfect condition but the delivery was late. The date indicated on the website of the USPS did not match the actual delivery date. The tracking was not precise. Apart from this detail, I am satisfied with my order!

I'd been using a different service for 5-6 for other front bass drum heads over the years I didn't know what I'd been missing until I stumbled upon DrumArt. The build-yourself page was easy to use but what impressed me most initially were the emails from DrumArt providing me w/ a sample for me to proof not once, but twice(!) w/in a couple of days. THEN what impressed me the most was the finish product which arrived 3 days later. It was flawless... especially considering my band logo was provided by an uploaded JPG file which my previous service was unable to do. I will be back again soon for more products and I'll be sure to pass along my wonderful experience to all my drum buddies!

Must admit I was slightly skeptical due to the fact i had used other services similar and was not quite happy with the quality of the artwork. However once I got on the Drumart sight and used the head builder program i was amazed at the amount of choices we had with the stock art ( As well as the ability to modify and reorganize the work. Not only w as that a pleasure to use but once my order was placed I received an e-mail from Jim Feck. Making sure my art was to my satisfaction. (this was awesome due to the fact the other vendor did not even attempt to contact me) After just a couple of e-mails we were off. Then within a basic 10 day period I had my head delivered. Wow quick and great customer service, on top of that the head looked AWESOME great resolution and quality. I will definetley be doing more business with DRUMART

I have ordered two custom bass drum heads (and matching stickers) from drumart com. BOTH experiences were the epitome of excellent customer service, organization and personal touch. Not to mention the top notch product that arrives at my door only a few days later. Both heads involved applying custom artwork. Jim provided a picture of what the bass drum head would look like within MINUTES. Unlike other services offering custom drum heads, Jim works with me on a personal level and does not require me to learn complicated graphic art programs and set up everything for him under parameters that are difficult for a non-graphic artist to understand. I email him the art image, tell him where I would like the image to appear on the head - and where the band name should appear. BANG! I get a picture emailed to me of the bass drum head. Not only does he do it better than anyone else, he does it faster and at a better price. And the finished product looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Jim to my drummer friends - and to all drummers. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Thank you Jim!
