This was my first time purchasing a custom head I searched the Internet for a few days trying to find the best site for me. I was drawn to this company based on the easy to use head builder feature. I liked being able to put in my own image and move it around to get a good idea of what the final product would look like. I feel other companies do not try and involve the buyer in the process like drumart did. Jim was very courtesy and professional every step of the way and had no problem adjusting my order when I changed my mind about the color of the porthole protector. My order was also completed much earlier than I anticipated. I opted not to get the drumart logo on my full custom head this time. In the future I will make sure I get that added because every drummer should know about this company and the fine work they do.

I can't believe how beautiful the head is! Jim is very communicative. I was originally told it would take a week to get the port protector I wanted which I had no problem with. The next thing I know is the head shipped out because the port protector came in early. Awesome! I loved the stickers on the box by the way. Seeing my head the first time I w as awe struck. The WOW-factor of my bass drum head from DrumART.com is a solid 10 When I consider everything that needs to happen in a process like this, it is amazing that I e-mailed artwork and 10 days later I was holding this beautiful and precise re-creation of what I'd submitted. If I have one suggestion, it would be that DrumART.com add a section to its w ebsite explaining the difference a hole makes in the bass drum head and different ways to muffle/dampen a bass drum. I designed my head with the possibility of adding a hole later, but now that I've seen it on my set there is no way I'm going to cut a hole in it. Fortunately, I've educated myself on the topic. But, I wouldn't want another drummer to cut into his/her DrumART head and regret it later. Still, this is a minor point and I think most DrumART customers are probably hip to bass drum tuning, muffling, etc. The final point is that it is just nuts to think that DrumART can deliver the product they do at the price they do! And the final score is DrumART 10, Me 10; a win-win for sure.

This was my first time dealing with DrumArt and I was thrilled with the product and the turn around time. I placed my order on a Monday and it was delivered to my door (in Canada)on the following Wednesday(technically 7 working days). Great job!
