I was very happy with my experience with DrumART com. The website was very detailed in laying out the processes and options for getting a creative product. I created my own image to use (you can choose from their gallery of thousands if you are not artistic) and the crew at DrumART.com was extremely helpful and flexible in finding the best way to produce my image. The crew was very attentive and I was able to see a proof within 2 days. After a tweak to the art they sent a new proof within hours!!! My drumhead arrived in a 4" deep box with "fragile" and "handle with care " stickers on it. The box was filed with layers of protective paper. The 18" Aquarian drumhead itself was in a bag with a signed letter from Pres. Jim Freck and several little "goodies" from DrumART.com. I am an art director by trade and have a critical eye. But it is easy for me to say the reproduction and finished quality of the head is excellent! I highly recommend them and have plans to use them again in the future!!!
