Drumart went above and beyond my expectations; even including complimentary stickers of the bass drum head that I designed. The price is fair, the quality of the product, and the customer service is among the best I've dealt with from an online store. Excellent product and sales help. Initially, I was a little concerned our graphic would not look like it did on our computer (Photoshop). With some reassurance by the sales person, I placed the order and was pleased how closely it matched. Just as important, the sound of the head was deep and solid. Drum head looks great, quality artwork. Aquarian head sounds great. Has the low-end sound I was looking for. The website was easy to use and the whole process from order to receiving the head took about 1 week which exceeded my expectations. Drumart kept me informed of the progress and threw in some cool stickers. Wish I had done it sooner.

Absolutely amazing product, super quick turn around, great communication, and even thru in some free stickers. Only issue I have which really isn't an issue. Was the overall price I think it was a tiny tiny bit more than what I expected. But will absolutely use DrumArt again. And probably will for some more stickers and a banner real soon.
