MY ORDER OF A 22" CUSTOM LOGO AQUARIAN REGULATOR BASS DRUM HEAD (FRONT) ARRIVED WITH NO FLAWS. THE COATING OF PAINT GIVES IT A SORT OF THICK DAMPED FEELING - BUT WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER INSTALLING IT AND TUNING IT BACK AND FORTH - PLAYING IT AND GETTING IT "SEATED" - IT IS STARTING TO PUT OUT THOSE DEEP FUNDAMENTALS THAT YOU WANT FROM YOUR KICK. I DID HAVE TO CHANGE THE FOAM RING IN THE BATTER HEAD (EMAD2) TO THE SMALL ONE AND I NOTICED YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT A BIT MORE OF A KICK (IT IS MORE DAMPED THAN BEFORE) BUT IT SOUNDS VERY GOOD AND MORE CONTROLLED AT HIGH VOLUMES OF LOW FREQUENCIES. THIS HEAD - ON A PDP PLATINUM KICK 18" X 22" - YOU CAN FEEL THE BASS! THANKS FOR THE EXTRA FREE BUMPER STICKERS JIM. THE CUSTOM LOGO LOOKS NICE ON THE KICK DRUM.

The only thing that I've noticed this time is the background which was black is missing from the original upload. It must've been a computer generated problem when I applied it to the drum builder. I've accepted the merchandice the way it has been made. se la ve" I was and still am very satisfied with the previous drum heads that I had made by Drum Art.
