I meet the people from DrumArt.com at the drum show this past May and still had their brochure. I thought that I’d check out their website and see about having a head made. I had a Photoshop file and uploaded it to their site. I chose an Aquarian Full Force head. I also had them cut a 4” port and install a black port protector. The head designing app on their website was simple to use, and the whole process just took a few minutes. I think I spent the most time deciding which model of Aquarian head to pick. The order was placed Saturday afternoon and the head was delivered yesterday. Six day (four business days) service and a great job; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom bass head.

Simply the best workmanship and customer service out there! DrumART LLC rocks!! The website was very easy to use, uploaded my custom graphics, paid online, received several emails from Jim and crew at DrumART during the process letting me know status of my order, etc. and it was shipped out VERY FAST within only a few days. I will never order any other graphics, stickers, etc. from anyone else online except for DrumART, these guys do it right. This place is absolutely amazing. I ordered the wrong size drumhead and even though it was entirely my fault they gave me a 40% discount on the new one and on top of which I always got a response within a few hours of emailing them. The heads look great and they had my new one shipped the next day after I paid. Definitely a lifetime customer.

Drum Art is an excellent company to do business with. I have purchased two drum heads from them - one a few years ago, and one this week. They responded to my online/email request within hours, provided me a mock-up soon thereafter, answered every email I sent them, and a couple days later my drum head was at my home and looked terrific! I also have to thank them for the cool stickers and pen I received. I wasn't expecting those, but was sure happy and surprised to receive them. They are awesome to have. I wouldn't purchase a drum head anywhere else. Drum Art is the best!

Creating my drum head was quick and simple with this well designed feature on the the DrumArt website. The hardest part was choosing which image to use out of the huge selection. my overall experience was excellent, it shipped quickly, and was exactly what i wanted. It was a great experience working with Jim. Responsive to emails. The website was full of every answer I was looking for so make sure you take a look before you start calling/emailing. I did shoot him an email to try and pin point an arrival time because of an up-coming gig. It arrived a day early and in perfect condition.
