Current turnaround times generally fall within our standard 3 to 7 business day timeframe although there may be particularly light or busy weeks where that may change by a day or two on either end. Special-order items and add-ons (like marching drumheads and bumper stickers) can add to turnaround times depending on inventory availability. We will not update turnaround times beyond this as they fluctuate day by day and we would rather make drumheads than update webpages or respond to "where is my order?" e-mails. That said, please plan accordingly.
As for inventory, we are currently in the middle of a complete back-end system redesign that will streamline our inventory management process and substantially improve visibility into product availability. That said, we currently have sufficient quantities on hand for all of our most popular products, colors and sizes. Inventory challenges (now compounded by tariff uncertainties) continue to plague the music products industry but we are staying on top of it fairly well. As items that are heavily dependent on the ready supply of raw materials, drums, drumheads and drum-related products can be quite susceptible to fluctuations in supply so this can change at any time. We will always keep this page updated with the most current information available.

Here we will break down general drumhead and port protector supplies by manufacturer:
EVANS:
Evans heads are not in short supply and we are generally able to secure inventory quickly and without delay. The only exceptions tend to be very large heads (26" or larger), very small heads (16") and specialty heads (Calftone or marching). Even then, because both Evans and DrumART are both based in New York State, we can usually get even special-order inventory within a week or two.
REMO:
We currently have all types, colors and sizes in-stock and available. We will be placing another large order with Remo in the coming weeks to make sure we have all of their most popular sizes and models in-stock and readily available.
AQUARIAN:
We currently have most types, colors and sizes in-stock and available. Like Remo, we will be placing another order soon to ensure that continues to be the case.
PORT PROTECTORS:
We recently received an order from our main supplier and have all sizes and colors in-stock and available for purchase.
