Our website is the core of our business. Today, DrumART.com has been moved to the Shopify e-commerce platform. This move, months in the making, will enable DrumART to be more efficient, more engaging and more responsive to our customers than ever before.
In addition to powerful new tools for content management and customer support, the Shopify platform is the industry standard for small- to mid-sized businesses selling products online. From account management to the shopping cart to payment processing to order fulfillment to order tracking, Shopify offers tools and management systems that will benefit both DrumART staff and our customers immensely. Everything you have come to know and love about DrumART (like our award-winning HeadBuilder drumhead designer) will remain and are better than ever.
That said, while we have done our level best to avoid them, unforeseen issues are sure to crop up as a result of such a large change to our core infrastructure. So, we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through the transition. In the end, we will be better able to serve you with faster, better service, more flexibility and and higher value.
Please Note: the Shopify transition will require existing customers to re-register in order to save designs and place new orders. That said, if you use the same e-mail address as your current DrumART.com login, all saved designs created on the old website should remain.
