2025 Holiday Information

'Tis the season to be jolly...and to buy your favorite drummer the perfect gift!

Drummers LOVE our custom bass drum heads, and there's virtually nothing we can't do for them. Over the years we've made more than 100,000 heads, thousands of them as holiday gifts for the families of our fellow drummers. The response is never anything but spectacular and we love making those moments happen.

That said, you may be wondering... "A custom bass drum head? Custom?! How will I ever get it here in time?!" Well, that's what we're here to answer...

Here's the scoop:

First and foremost, since vendor supply and inventory management continue to be a challenge (not to mention dealing with the usual winter weather!), please understand that we can't make any iron-clad service commitments for a holiday delivery. That said, we have a healthy supply of our most popular items on-hand and we are producing heads at full-capacity.  This year we're keeping it simple:

• Orders placed by close of business on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19th will ship by TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23nd.  Please choose the shipping option you are most comfortable with given your timeline and location relative to our shop in Upstate, NY during checkout but understand that we do not control UPS or their delivery schedule.
  
  

That said, our Gift Certificates are an excellent alternative and will be fulfilled within hours.  We will send a high-quality, personalized certificate via e-mail that can be printed and presented to your favorite drummer -- no waiting and no shipping necessary!

After that, we will be on our standard printing and shipping schedule except for the following days:

• Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, December 25
• Wednesday, December 31 and Thursday, January 1
  
  

Otherwise, our standard 3 to 5 day turnaround time to ship will apply.  Unlike previous years, we will not be closing for an extended break to attend the NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA.
