That said, we have suspended our checkout process until 9am on Tuesday, May 30 so we can use the holiday weekend to clear the backlog. Responsiveness and customer service has always been the cornerstone of our success and we are taking this step to ensure that continues to be the case. Again, the backlog will be cleared over the Memorial Day weekend and the checkout process will be back online at 9am on Tuesday, May 30. In the meantime, designs can be stored in your account and you can register to be notified when we are accepting new orders again.
