DrumART CLOSED - Fall Vacation 2024

Fall 2024 Vacation Closure

DrumART production will be CLOSED from Monday, September 23 through Wednesday, October 9, 2024 for vacation.  Orders placed by close of business on Friday, September 20 will be printed and shipped before we leave.  Otherwise, We WILL be accepting orders during this time and they will be processed on a first-in/first-out basis starting Thursday, October 10th. Turnaround time once we reopen will depend on order volume but we expect to be completely caught up with all orders placed during the closure to be shipped by late-October or early-November.

While we are away, we will also not be:

• Monitoring e-mail
• Returning phone calls
• Really doing much of anything having to do with DrumART HQ until late-October.

That's why it's called a "vacation." ;-)

In the meantime,please see our online Help System for answers to many of the most frequently asked questions we receive.

We have placed large orders with Remo, Aquarian, Gibraltar and Big Bang Distribution which are scheduled to arrive while we are closed.  These will help with inventory issues and should carry us through the busy holiday season.  The website will be adjusted accordingly when we return.
