September 2023 Vacation Backlog -- Update

DrumART was recently closed for vacation and reopened on Monday, September 18th.  As of that date, there are nearly 400 orders in the queue that we will be working through over the next couple weeks.  All orders are being processed on a FIRST IN - FIRST OUT basis.  In other words, if you ordered early during the closure, expect your order to arrive sometime in mid- to late-September depending on your location and the shipping option you select.  If you ordered later, expect it in late-September to early-October.

That said, orders placed after our return on September 18th can expect extended turnaround times of 10 to 14 business days.  Once we work through the backlog, we should be back to our standard 5 to 7 business day turnaround time.  We will update this news article when that happens.
