BEST HEAD EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! I have used another company in the past and will no longer use anyone else! I got in contact with Jim over at drumart.com and gave him a shot. The first bit of good news is I ordered my head on a Saturday night. It arrived on a Wednesday morning. The second is when I opened the box I was blown away with the graphics and how vivid the colors were. It looks better in person then it does on my computer. Third and the most important was the sound. I put the head on and my bass drum has never sounded so good! No Joke this company kicks ass and all my band mates in Bad Kittie are stoked with the quality. Great job Drum Art you truly are one of the best companies to deal with. Keep up the good work!

Drumhead Art Drumart has done a super-fantastic job on creating a custom drumhead from a digital photo that I uploaded to their drumhead creation site. I swear that the image on the drumhead looks far better then it looks on my computer screen. They did a marvelous job on the stickers as well. They got the head to me in about a week and I really am impressed wit h the whole process. Highly reccomend them to anyone desiring this kind of custom work. Thanks !

Great great great! I was very pleased with the final product I received from drumart! The quality of the work is outstanding and professional. If possible I would have given 4 1/2 stars instead of 5. Here is why: The reason why, is that I feel that there should be more than two shipping options. I work in a shipping/receiving industry and noticed quite a mark up on the cost of the freight. I know there is profit in it and I don't have anything against it whatsoever. I truly appreciated the product coming in as soon as it did but I was not in a hurry to receive my drumhead. So only having the $35 FedEx ground or $75 USPS expedited options I thought were a little surprising. I was happy to pay for the $35 option, but I think it would be better to have maybe one or two more options with shipping. Like I said, I was not upset with anything with the shipping, but I just had a few suggestions to improve the business. One thing I always ask myself when I am dealing with customers is how can we get them to come back for more? I would say Drumart does that and more. Including a free hat or t-shirt, free stickers, a thank you letter, and having the owner include his own personal business cards to contact him if you have any questions or comments... That is perfect customer service. I applaud this company for the great service I received. So to answer my own question, would I come back and order more? Yes! Thanks again!

Boom Town Bass Drum Head Fantastic job. Better then expected. Website is great with the head builder feature. Shipment arrived in good condition. The follow up letter is very profession and much appreciated. A minor improvement would be a note that no problems where found the produce was created without an issue...other than just a notification of shipment. I was worri ed that the graphics I sent would not be acceptable... being the first timer that I am. I love the product and I will post it on my Facebook and post a link on our website... Another great Job by Jim Feck and Drumart This is the second head I've had Jim make for me -for two different bands. I used their site to come up with the artwork and the font, told Jim how I wanted things positioned and the colors, and once again he comes up with a masterpiece.
