I stumbled upon drum arts website looking for a logo on my drum head and fell into, OMG! we need this and easily got creative and locked into all there business and set up had to offer. They emailed me back on a licensing question rather quickly.I would have rather had a more direct and well-rounded answer, but did give me some personal feedback in only 2 or 3 days. I was very nervous at first if I was really going to receive the full quality and promise (and I've witness other people saying that drumart was way more expensive) seeing other products of theirs and falling completely in love with what I was able to do on their site, I couldn't have been happier with my purchase! I would HIGHLY recommend, allowing more features on their headbuilder, I was lucky enough to get everything I wanted, but It seems there was a limited amount of customization. Only a few fonts to choose from, but it felt professional and fun,I wished the headbuilder could do more then only upload 1 element to the drum head instead, of allowing a Photo upload, and perhaps a logo upload at the same time. I LOVE THE PRODUCT!!!...if they would put up a warranty and saved art guarantee...they would have it all!

My boyfriend is a drummer so I recently ordered a kick drum head for christmas,so I am still waiting on receiving it, but I have to say i do not know much about drums and the guys at Drumart.com kept up with all my emails and every little demanding question and request I had. The people I emailed back and forth with were so nice, professional, and helpful they made my whole experience easy and quick. I am looking forward to getting my package in the mail

So i joined this band called Thrashyr, right? Big metal group. Anyways, I needed to get our logo onto my bass drum head, and they offered a sticker. Sticker? No way we need to make this look professional. Next day I just googled Custom Bass Drum Head and this website popped up. It allows you to customize the head right on your screen! I thought that was amazing in of itself. So I ordered my custom head and waited exactly one week for it. When I opened the box my jaw dropped. The detail! The quality! When I say this had the professional look I was searching for, that would be an understatement. I don't know how they do it, but they just earned themselves a lifetime cutomer. Great job DrumArt!

Cannot say enough about how professional these custom heads are. I've bought 3 heads from drumart and ALL are top quality. The graphics came out perfect!! Also, my first head from drumart was about 5 years ago and there is absolutely NO cracking or lifting of the printed surface to date. Plus the price is a value and they ship pretty quickly. I will definitely continue to get my bass drum heads from drumart with all of my future bands. Excellent job guys!!

Jim is the man, the myth, the legend! I needed custom drum heads in a hurry, and I knew from ordering from DrumArt previously that I would not be disappointed. I sent in my art work, and Jim and his team took care of me and produced two drum heads that were sent my way in plenty of time for my gig. I even had to send an email for a couple of requests, and Jim replied promptly to help me out. AWESOME work! I used the 'Headbuilder' software to upload my art work on a Saturday evening. I received an email late Monday telling me the job was finished. I received the head on Thursday. Overall great service, quality and fast turnaround. The only quibble I have is that they charged me an additional $* to NOT have their logo on my drum head. Instead, why not offer a discount for providing Drum Art with free advertising? I purposefully did not incorporate a Drum Art or Pearl logo into my artwork, so why should I pay extra for the privilege of saving them a step in the process by leaving out their logo? I know it's a minor thing, but it bugs me to be expected to provide free advertising for ANY company, or pay a penalty.

I read through the reviews, and clicked through the gallery upon finding drumart, and decided to go with Drumart because of their overwhelming amount of positive reviews and stunning looking sample selection of heads. The bar had been set REALLY high by some of these reviews and I told myself that I would not write another shining review unless the service exceeded my expectations. The reason for that being, if someone really needs my review after all the others out there, you must not be sure about buying the product at all, because certainly their service, quality, and price are unmatched. Needless to say, I was blown away by the service and I felt obligated to follow through with a review. To be clear: ANYONE WOULD BE STUPID TO BY A CUSTOM HEAD FROM ANYWHERE ELSE. This is it ladies and gentlemen. This is what you're looking for. Search no further. I forwarded my band's graphic designer the specs for the image needed for the drumhead designer, and upon uploading the image found it extremely easy to manipulate the picture to set it the way I wanted it. I was a little skeptical at the price at first, but considering that head costs **-** without a design, a fully customized one for 100 is pretty reasonable. The head also sounds spectacular. I received mine at my door within 5 days of ordering it - Extremely fast turnaround - and when I put it on my kit, it looked and sounded absolutely amazing. I can't wait to play it out. All around, this is just a great company providing a truly impressive level of service. From their design stage, to their fast turnaround and great customer service, to their finished product and outstanding quality, this company deserves 5 stars in every category.
