this is the 2nd time i've used drumart and; again, am completely satisfied with my order. my drum head looks amazing! it shipped super fast as well. i noticed a small scratch on the head when i received it and notified them right away. i received an email promptly, with them explaining they saw that as well. it was totally cool of them to notice this tiny scratch and then explain to me it was my image that was scratched. also, with them now using aquarian heads, there's no drum head manufacturer's logo in the way of my art. it's just the image. no need to sharpie it out! haha! thank you!

Price is slightly higher than other alternatives, but reasonable. Quality is superb. Turn around time was extremely quick - less than a week from online order to the front door.

I purchased a customized drumhead for my daughter's set. I created an initial design with a British theme and submitted the draft using their online tool in about 30 minutes. I was quickly contacted with some suggested changes one of their artists provided that improved the look dramatically. We gave this to her as a Christmas present and she loved it. As an I.T. professional, I normally loathe dealing with graphic designers. I was not looking forward to getting this head produced.
