Big speaker goes boom

When Paul Clayton from the band Label One reached out to us, he didn't really have much of an idea more than wanting their band name on a head.  He thought it might look cool as a speaker, and it needed a port and the modern Ludwig logo.  From that modest description, our designers came up with this -- a fantastic design where the bass drum itself looks like a metal-grilled woofer and, using variations in transparency and shading, the band name looks like it has been printed directly on the grille.  There are custom bass drumheads, and then there is DrumART.
