How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow it.
If you have a DrumART account, it's also on the order itself — sign in and open the order to see its status and tracking any time.
Remember that time in transit is on top of our production time, and depends on where you are and which shipping option you chose.
If tracking hasn't moved in a few days, or it says delivered and you don't have it, contact us at info@drumart.com. We'll chase it down with the carrier. We'd much rather hear from you early than late.
