DrumART LLC Terms of Service
By uploading your art or design to DrumART LLC, you warrant that the art is your original work, in the public domain, or that you have acquired the legal right for us to reproduce the art on your drumhead. You further warrant that the art does not violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, defamation, and rights of publicity or privacy. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DrumART LLC for any expenses incurred arising from any complaint or cause of action caused by your breach of these warranties, or damages awarded from any legal proceedings arising from such breach.

- What image file types/formats/sizes can you work with? It depends which way you're ordering, and the difference is worth knowing.
- Can you create artwork for me? Yes, absolutely — with one important distinction up front.
- What does "Allow DrumART to Enhance Design" mean? The HeadBuilder is powerful, but sometimes a designer's eye makes the difference.
- Can you match the finish on my kit? The answer is yes.
- Am I required to include the DrumART logo on my drumhead? Absolutely not.
- Are there any restrictions for what I can have printed? Generally: if you have the image, we can print it.
- Can I buy a head from your Customer Design Gallery? Unfortunately not.
