Jim and his crew did an outstanding job. I did the artwork and uploaded it to them. I did get an email from Jim saying that the size of my image was a little small and I would probably see some pixelation. I sent him a larger file and received notice that it had been shipped later that same day. It took about a week to make it from the east coast to Reno, NV. And when they (I ordered two)arrived they looked great! I put it to the test the next day and as it turns out, they sound great too.

This is the Third head I have bought from Drumart.com and every transaction has been a pleasure. They are quick to respond to emails and their crack design team was able to duplicate our band logo exactly basically from a business card. I've purchased two different sizes and both are flawless.
