Shawn McCann officially joined the DrumART family in the Spring of 2011 and left in 2014, but as a good and trusted friend and advisor, his influence and support have been and continue to be felt here.

Shawny's hard work and dedication to quality and efficiency have substantially improved our production standards while substantially lowering our turnaround times.  A neat trick to be sure.  Those of you who are blown away by our ability to have your gorgeous, 100% custom printed drumheads in your hands within a matter of days have Shawny to thank for the miracle.

In addition to his role at DrumART, Shawny continues to serve as an advisor to GrilleGraphics, our forthcoming venture into custom-printed products for guitar and bass players.  As a bass and guitar player himself, Shawn has unique insight into the needs, desires and concerns of our four- and six-stringed brethren (or seven-stringed if you're Steve Vai).

For fun, Shawn enjoys cultivating his prolific beard, brewing good beer, drinking good beer, composing and recording trippy music that is enhanced by good beer and spending time with his lovely wife, Meredith.
