There are three different ordering "pathways" you can take to get the custom bass drumhead of your dreams - two work through our revolutionary HeadBuilder online design tool, and the third allows you to place your order, send us your artwork and leave the work to us.

The right one for you depends on what you have and what you want to do.  Here are a number of scenarios and options:

1. You have your own artwork and want to do the layout and design yourself.
   In this case, you would select the "Use your own artwork" option.  This process allows you to upload your existing artwork to the HeadBuilder application where you can layout your head design on your own (please see our image requirements to see what file types and sizes are supported).  This order process pathway looks like:
   
   Upload Artwork --> Design in HeadBuilder --> Review Order --> Place Order
2. You do not have specific artwork, but you still want a killer graphic bass drumhead.
   In this case, our "Catalog" option is perfect for you.  This process allows you to choose from over 8.5 million (yes, MILLION) inexpensive, high-quality, royalty-free images to use on your head.  Once you find the right image, you will be taken to the HeadBuilder application where you will be able to layout your own head using many different fonts, logos, port options...you name it.  This order process pathway looks like:
   
   Search the Catalog --> Select Your Image --> Design in HeadBuilder --> Review Order --> Place Order
3. You have artwork, but it's too big/too small/in an unsupported file format for the HeadBuilder.
   In this case, you would want to "Leave the work to us."  The same order process we've had in place for more than a decade, this pathway bypasses the HeadBuilder altogether, letting you select your head options, place your order and send us your artwork at the end.  From there, we'll format your artwork and send you a mockup for approval via e-mail before printing.  This pathway allows you to use the file format YOU want, and to have a dedicated designer in charge of your project from proof to print.  This order process pathway looks like:

4. You are a current client who wants to re-order an existing design.
   Easy!  Just select the "Leave the work to us" option and let us know that this is a reorder.  Be sure to contact us before you order and we'll hook you up with a special coupon code that will give you a discount on your reorder.  This order process pathway looks like:
